PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Compensation to lead the development of a comprehensive compensation strategy and governance for its multi-state healthcare operations. This role, which is the first dedicated compensation leadership position within the organization, requires extensive experience in compensation design and execution, particularly in a publicly traded environment

Job Summary

  • This is the first dedicated compensation leadership role at PACS and will serve as the enterprise authority for compensation design and execution.
  • The Vice President will architect and deploy enterprise job leveling and pay structures; lead annual compensation processes (merit, bonus, promotions, equity); design and govern base pay, incentive, bonus, and equity programs; and build a high-performing compensation team to support PACS’ growth.

  • Workday Compensation experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
