  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and mobility, as well as monitoring and reporting changes in their condition.
  • The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident information, cooperating with facility personnel, and ensuring a warm, personal, and calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
