Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years experience in Auto Finance domain
Expertise in Leasing & Lending software products
Strong Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum
Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories
Nice-to-have
Experience with low-code no-code rule engines
Knowledge of API integrations and third-party systems
Background in Pre-sales product presentations
Understanding of current financial regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Requirements
At least 10 plus years of experience in Auto/Leasing/Lending domain
