Job Summary

  • Receive complaint, emergency, service and information calls and initiate Offense/Complaint/Incident Reports, dispatching necessary manpower.
  • Provide information and assistance to the general public, University faculty, staff, students and departmental personnel.
  • Train newly hired communications officers and perform all other communications related duties as outlined in the Departmental Directives.
