The Legal Associate assists in providing quality, timely and effective protection responses to the needs of populations of concern and supports involvement of communities and authorities in decision-making.
The position requires analysing complex legislation, drafting legal advice and advocacy interventions to influence government and other actors to respond to refugees’ needs.
The role operates within a multi-country office environment, coordinating with teams across Europe and working on critical protection issues related to asylum procedures, reception, and resettlement.
