Job Summary
Manage the portfolio to meet the clients KPI's under the contract, ensure all lease data is abstracted and approved in the systems, and monitor critical dates to ensure all lease events are actioned in accordance with the Lease and service levels agreed with the client.
Ensure all data changes are accurately documented, approved and installed in the system; develop or enhance existing field manuals for all the processing functions, including rent review, building inspections, reporting, updating Portfolio.
