Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of culinary experience
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working with various kitchen equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently
  • Minimum 3 years’ culinary experience in a luxury hotel
  • Red Seal Certificate or recognized international equivalent
  • Completion of Rouxbe Culinary Foundations Level 1 & 2
  • Safe Food Handling Certification
  • Proficient in supervising and training kitchen staff
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
