Job Summary

• The Multi-Skilled/Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in commercial real estate properties to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on Electro-Mechanical systems, panels, switchgear, and distribution equipment, as well as commercial HVAC equipment including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and rooftop units.
