  • The successful candidate will be supporting Wilmington Trust’s corporate and institutional trust (Global Capital Markets) division, handling matters related to its role as trustee, agent, and/or other capacities on capital markets and structured finance transactions.
  • Primary responsibilities include performing complex legal activities, providing legal advice to ensure compliance, making recommendations on legal issues, and reviewing/approving legal contracts.
  • This senior-level position requires interaction with senior and executive management, providing legal analysis on complex issues, and anticipating/guarding against legal risks.
