Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years commercial software testing experience
Proficiency in JIRA, Selenium, and HPQC
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with AWS, Java, or .Net technologies
Ability to supervise test analysts and manage workloads
Nice-to-have
Passion for sustainability and environmental impact
Knowledge of Billing systems and CRM platforms
ISTQB Foundation certification
Experience with Test Automation and Process Improvement
Positive attitude with a sense of humor
Key Requirements
5+ years of commercial Software Testing Experience
Relevant Tertiary Education
ISTQB Foundation certification (preferred)
2 years of relevant work experience in specialized skills
