The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment, making minor repairs to the interior/exterior of buildings and facilities.
This role involves mowing grass, cutting weeds, gathering and removing trash, and operating various small engines and lawn mowers.
Responsibilities also include maintaining vehicles, cleaning and repairing air conditioning systems, and performing floor maintenance as needed.
