Base: $265,500 - $389,400; Bonus: Company bonus depending on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, life insurance, well-being programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Board eligible or certified in Rheumatology
3-5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
Early-phase clinical trial design expertise
Translational medicine and biomarker knowledge
Matrix leadership and cross-functional influence
Nice-to-have
PhD in Immunology or Molecular Biology
Experience with novel immunomodulatory approaches
Track record of successful business partnerships
Publication record in peer-reviewed journals
Familiarity with adaptive study approaches
Key Requirements
Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree
Board eligibility/certification in Rheumatology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Allergy/Immunology
US trained physicians must have board eligibility or certification
Minimum 3-5+ years of industry experience at Director level
Non-US trained physicians must attend LCME accredited schools
