Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Board eligible or certified in Rheumatology
  • 3-5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Early-phase clinical trial design expertise
  • Translational medicine and biomarker knowledge
  • Matrix leadership and cross-functional influence

Nice-to-have

  • PhD in Immunology or Molecular Biology
  • Experience with novel immunomodulatory approaches
  • Track record of successful business partnerships
  • Publication record in peer-reviewed journals
  • Familiarity with adaptive study approaches

Key Requirements

  • Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree
  • Board eligibility/certification in Rheumatology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Allergy/Immunology
  • US trained physicians must have board eligibility or certification
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of industry experience at Director level
  • Non-US trained physicians must attend LCME accredited schools
