The Compression Engineer will be technical lead for all natural gas compression in our South Texas Eagle Ford Assets, supporting horsepower primarily in Gas Lift service.
Key responsibilities include ensuring high mechanical availability, optimizing system throughput, and managing the lifecycle of our compression fleet through strategic vendor partnerships and rigorous performance analysis.
This role requires close liaison with the Production Operations team to provide troubleshooting expertise for complex mechanical and performance issues.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in upstream/midstream oil and gas
