Job Summary

  • You will look after a newly established and growing line of service and work with sophisticated and diversified internal clients, implementing sound, creative and pragmatic strategies and initiatives that address the people needs of the business.
  • As a Senior Associate within Human Capital, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting our employee and industrial relations (ER/IR) agenda as a core team member and driving initiatives in this area.
  • You will partner across HC and the business to proactively manage workforce risks, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and deliver people solutions aligned with PwC’s values and business priorities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience
  • Working knowledge of Malaysia employment practices and labour/industrial relations laws
  • Experience supporting ER/IR matters preferred
  • Demonstrated experience executing engagement/employee experience initiatives
