Job Summary

  • The Clinical Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Officer will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical mental health services and supporting a broad range of MHPSS activities.
  • The MHPSS Officer will oversee IRC’s MHPSS interventions in collaboration with other stakeholders and ensure that all program activities are implemented in alignment with the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychiatric Nursing
  • Master's degree in integrated clinical and Community Mental Health
  • 2 years of experience in humanitarian MHPSS programs (BSc)
  • 2 years of relevant experience (MSc)
  • Experience with INGOs highly desirable
