  • The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the implementation and delivery of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
  • This role primarily supports the Hematology–Oncology service line, while also providing centralized pharmacy staffing support to ensure safe and efficient medication use across the organization.
  • Sign-on Bonus + Relocation Assistance Offered, Six (6) hours of built-in overtime and shift differential on weekends.

Key Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or bachelor’s degree (BPharm)
  • Texas Pharmacist license
  • 2 years hospital pharmacy practice experience
  • PGY1 /PGY2 pharmacy residency program
  • Pediatrics experience preferred
  • Hematology-Oncology experience preferred
