Job Summary
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the implementation and delivery of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
This role primarily supports the Hematology–Oncology service line, while also providing centralized pharmacy staffing support to ensure safe and efficient medication use across the organization.
Sign-on Bonus + Relocation Assistance Offered, Six (6) hours of built-in overtime and shift differential on weekends.
