Job Summary

Will be responsible to ensure pre-surgical history and physical assessments of patients, which shall include but not be limited to, physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of patients and families and findings of such will be communicated appropriately to the surgeon and consulting physicians.

Key Requirements
Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or compact state RN license
BSN degree preferred
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days
NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 180 days
Perioperative RN Competency annually
