Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel who provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions while ensuring resident safety and respect.
Acts as a backup for the Director of Nursing and nursing staff, provides reports and recommendations, and maintains confidentiality regarding residents and employees.
