Job Summary

  • The Knowledge Lawyer will deliver EU capital markets and listed company knowhow to lawyers in relevant teams across the Continental European practice to maximise efficiency and minimise risk in line with business priorities.
  • They will monitor and provide expert insights into EU regulatory developments relevant to European capital markets and companies with debt and/or equity listings in the EU, translating these into client and internal initiatives.
  • Collaboration is key to the role, working closely with other Knowledge Lawyers and practice colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to support legal knowledge sharing, innovation, and business growth.
