Job Summary

  • Implement, supervise and improve frontline sales and distribution infrastructure, organization, metrics, processes, systems, plans, activities and promotions to achieve business sales & distribution goals and objectives in specified territory in a sustainable manner.
  • To achieve Sales Annual Business plan for the territory-channel-Outlets assigned.
  • 18 days to be spent in the market every month for executing outlet level plans , Training Team and Generating Business.
