Skills & Requirements
Must-have
12+ years end-to-end business process experience
SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation expertise
BPMN process mapping and modeling capability
Stakeholder management and governance leadership
Root cause analysis using KPIs and process mining
Nice-to-have
Consumer Health or FMCG industry background
Experience with RPA and digital automation
ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA professional qualification
Strong facilitation and influencing skills
Change delivery and training adoption support
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field
Minimum 12 years of proven experience in complex global environments
Professional qualification preferred (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA)
