Must-have
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
Ability to independently plan and evaluate patient care plans
Knowledge of medications and physiological effects
Ability to communicate information verbally and written
Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations
Nice-to-have
Experience rotating charge nurse role
Experience delegating tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff
Strong collaboration with diverse customer groups

Key Requirements
Valid RN license in North Carolina
CPR certification within 60 days
Advanced Physical Skills (APS) certification via CPI within 60 days
Valid driver's license
Pass pre-employment drug testing and criminal background check
