This position partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to structure, price, and process renewals accurately using Salesforce, CPQ, and CLM.

Salary
Base: $103,100 - $154,700 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus plus annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years Deal Ops or Sales Operations experience
Hands-on Salesforce CRM and CPQ configuration
Experience with CLM contract templates and amendments
Strong understanding of SaaS commercial constructs
High attention to detail in quote and contract accuracy
Nice-to-have
Direct renewal support experience preferred
Cross-functional partnership with Sales and Legal
Ability to drive operational excellence and process improvements

Key Requirements
3-5 years experience in Deal Desk or Deal Operations
Direct renewal support experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Salesforce opportunity management and reporting
