Job Summary Identify and source new products while driving sales growth and optimize inventory performance. Develop and execute category assortment plans and pricing strategies to enhance profitability and market competitiveness. Responsibilities Lead the identification and sourcing of new products to expand and enhance assigned stationery categories Develop category assortment plans, range selection, and product mix strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction Evaluate pricing structures to optimize sales performance and profit margins Prepare detailed sales data and analysis to support supplier discussions and negotiations effectively Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate promotional activities and ensure timely stock replenishment Monitor inventory performance, address slow-moving items, and implement strategies to improve sell-through rates Ensure consistent availability of top-selling products to meet customer demand Generate monthly sales and inventory performance reports to inform business decisions Conduct market and competitor analysis to align category strategies with industry trends Perform regular store visits to maintain merchandising standards and ensure effective execution Coordinate merchandising activities for store openings, renovations, closures, and Back-to-School (BTS) campaigns Support marketing campaigns, retail events, and related administrative tasks to enhance brand presence and sales Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, purchasing, or related roles Experience in retail, stationery, or lifestyle products is advantageous Knowledge of SAP is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Other Information Location: Near Serangoon MRT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Send your resume in to: 📧 deborah@crew.sg Please include your availability, notice period, and expected salary.
