Job Summary
This role owns end-to-end responsibility for hub operations, including budgets, people development, third-party logistics (3PL) management and operational performance.
The Area Manager ensures 3PL partner meets defined operational SLAs across inbound, outbound, ICQA, and FC Dock functions.
The Area Manager works closely with cross-functional 3PL support teams including HR, Finance, Facilities, Security & Loss Prevention, IT and Operations leadership, to secure resources, deliver projects, and support broader operational initiatives.
