This position will support the Director, Client, Partner & Employee Experience to develop and execute programs, projects, and events to improve employee engagement, development and experience.
The Manager, Employee Experience, will play an integral role in cultivating an inclusive, engaging workplace culture, and enhancing the employee experience within Royal Trust.

Salary
Base: $67,000.00 - $110,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Potential to earn discretionary variable compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards Program including flexible benefits

Key Requirements
3-5 Years managing national/regional projects
