Key Requirements

  • 2–15 years in front-end sales, marketing, or sales management
  • Proven success in power distribution or industrial automation
  • Experience in channel, distribution, OEM, or project business
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of customer specifications and IEC/ISA standards
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
