Salary
Base: $50,500.00 - $84,100.00 annualized; Bonus/Equity: Incentive plans and bonuses may be offered; Benefits: Health, wellness, and other benefits included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years IQVIA Client Service Representative experience
Proficiency in Excel and large database manipulation
Pharmaceutical industry product knowledge
Data validation and discrepancy resolution skills
Meeting facilitation and presentation capabilities
Nice-to-have
IMS accreditation in multiple business lines
Mentoring junior team members
Experience with therapeutic market methodologies
Ability to travel to client sites for KPO work
