Job Summary

  • Responsible for the development, optimization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of painting/coating processes to ensure stable production, quality standards, cost control, and compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
  • Provide professional technical support to resolve painting process issues in production, drive new project implementation, and improve production line efficiency.
  • Ensure processes comply with internal and external quality standards (film thickness, gloss, adhesion, etc.) and promote coating quality improvement projects to reduce defect rates.
