Job Summary

  • This role supports employees across a broad international footprint including the US, Canada, Bermuda, the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium, Greece, and additional EMEA and APAC locations.
  • The Senior Associate will manage end-to-end benefit lifecycle activities, support pension administration, and coordinate leave administration while ensuring compliance across multiple countries.
  • Candidates will contribute to annual renewals, plan design discussions, and drive process improvements using a digital and operational excellence mindset.
