Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or related technical field
4+ years of experience in technical training, data center operations, or facilities management
Professional training certifications (CPTD, ATD) or data center credentials (DCCA, EPI) strongly preferred
Proven leadership experience managing training teams
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
