Job Summary

  • The Director, Access Strategy, Insulins will be responsible for developing and implementing the short and long-term access strategy for national/regional payers, institutions, and channel customers.
  • The role will define & implement MAx strategy, plan/tools, contract and pricing strategy in line with the overall brand strategies.
  • Help develop the adoption and implementation of artificial intelligence tools to enhance payer engagement, optimize reimbursement strategies, and predict market access barriers, ensuring data-driven decision-making across access planning and execution.
