Must-have
Licensed Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
Master's degree from PA program
NCCPA national certification required
BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
Direct patient care in cardiac surgery
Preoperative evaluation and management
Collaboration with surgeons and nursing staff

2+ years experience in cardiac surgery
Experience in cardiology or adjacent specialties
Leadership and precepting learners

Key Requirements
Current Massachusetts PA licensure
Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
