Perkbox Vivup is seeking a Counsellor to provide psychological care and support to NHS employees in East Kent. The role involves delivering counselling services, peer supervision, and continuous professional development within a supportive and impactful organizational environment
Job Summary
As a member of our EAP team, you’ll provide a 24/7 confidential support service via telephone, virtual and face to face counselling and support, for issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, debt advice and family issues.
You will also be based on one of East Kent NHS Trust's sites, providing short-term counselling to NHS Employees in person.
Day to day you can expect to provide telephone assessments and referrals for ongoing psychological support, video and face-to-face counselling sessions for NHS employees, and deliver Psychoeducation workshops and Trauma Support.
