Job Summary

• The Distribution System Op Supervisor directs field personnel in the operation of the subtransmission and distribution system in a safe and cost effective manner to ensure continuity of electric service to customers as well as restore electric service to customers in a timely manner.
• Key responsibilities include recognizing, analyzing, and resolving complex anomalies, exercising jurisdictional/functional authority, and dispatching field personnel in response to emergencies.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor of Science Degree in technical discipline preferred
• Five or more years directly relevant experience without Bachelors Degree
• Three or more years of other relevant experience with Bachelors Degree
• Pass the SO/PD II Test
• Working knowledge of electrical distribution system design and operations
