The ideal candidate will have relevant finance experience and strong analytical skills, contributing to the reinsurance strategy and compliance with company policies

Job Summary

  • Support the Team Lead in managing and overseeing the daily workflow of the team ensuring optimal accuracy and delivery of service.
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the reinsurance strategy and processes to ensure key information is considered in planning and priorities support wider business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with QBE Divisions, Reinsurers, Brokers, Underwriters and Claims in order to aid recovery process and maximize the reinsurance strategy.

Key Requirements

  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Insurance / Re-insurace certification (ARe) is an advantage
  • CPA,CMA is an advantage
