  • This position supports critical facility operations through the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical, electrical, and power generation equipment and systems.
  • You'll operate systems safely and efficiently in accordance with government regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures while ensuring optimal performance of building equipment.

Must-have

  • Monitoring refrigeration, water cooling, air conditioning
  • Complying with safety policies and procedures
  • Working 2nd shift Tuesday through Saturday

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with HVAC, electrical, power generation
  • Previous preventative maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of government regulatory compliance
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Key Requirements

  • Membership in IUOE Local 877 AFL-CIO
  • Ability to learn building control, electrical, UPS systems
  • Interpret specifications, blueprints, job standards
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Availability for 2nd shift
  • Authorization to work in the United States
