Base: $33.11 - $42.73 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based bonus programs may be eligible; Benefits: Health care, dental, vision, life, disability, 15 days PTO, 12 holidays, 401k match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years small component assembly experience
Minimum 1 year micro soldering experience
Ability to interpret engineering prints
Cleanroom Class 7 or 8 environment work
Microscope usage for visual inspections
Nice-to-have
IPC solder certification preferred
Experience mentoring new employees
Lean manufacturing and 5S knowledge
Ability to perform First Article Inspections
Designated Inspection certification
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
US Person citizenship required due to ITAR
Fine soldering certificate or equivalent experience
