Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordination of Reception Services across a campus in addition to general reception duties while reporting to the Facilities Manager.
You will provide support and leadership of onsite reception teams while ensuring visitor management systems are up to date and visitors are pre-registered, coordinating reception teams to ensure all reception desks have adequate cover especially during peak times.
This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring service excellence across campus, coordinating service support such as Technicians and Janitorial for resolution of issues, ensuring new processes and standards are implemented across sites in conjunction with Program Manager, and maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in corporate real estate services through seamless reception coordination and team leadership as part of overall Facilities Team.
