Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents between rooms and vehicles
Observe and report skin breakdown or pressure areas
Nice-to-have
Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Assist with packing personal possessions during transfers
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Help residents identify food arrangements on trays
Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
