Base: $114,100 - $138,267; Bonus/Equity: Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities available; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2 to 4 years biopharmaceutical industry experience
GMP experience in large-scale production facilities
Utility electrical infrastructure knowledge
Power studies including fault current calculations
Preventative maintenance job plan development
Nice-to-have
Advanced degree in Engineering preferred
Ability to manage multiple complex technical projects
Proactive troubleshooting and continuous professional development
Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy reduction
