Job Summary

  • This senior product role is responsible for debit card products and works directly with domestic and international payment schemes including Mastercard, eftpos, and AP+. You will lead strategic engagement with payment schemes on mandates, features, roadmaps, and compliance while interpreting and implementing scheme rules and regulatory changes. The position requires deep end-to-end transaction knowledge to deliver outcomes in a complex, highly regulated environment while partnering with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
  • You will represent the bank in industry forums, working groups, and regulatory consultations, leading responses to industry initiatives and scheme reviews. The role involves overseeing delivery across business as usual, regulatory change, and strategic transformation initiatives using data-driven metrics to drive continuous improvement. This position is suited for Senior Product Managers with deep payments experience or Product Managers stepping up with strong end-to-end cards experience.
