Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Measure and record temperatures, pulses, and respirations (TPRs) of residents, as instructed, and assist residents with daily functions such as mouth care, bathing, and dressing.
  • Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers, and immediately notify the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse of any resident leaving/missing from the facility.
