Job Summary

  • The Manager, Contract Management, US Orthopedics role is responsible for being the primary point of contact with Account Management or Field Sales on all aspects relating to contract development, negotiations, amendments, and issue resolution.
  • You will be responsible for managing all contract requests within an assigned geography to support customers consisting of IDNs, group purchasing organizations, collaboratives, government entities, ASCs, and stand-alone hospitals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive efficiency in contracting systems and processes and provide mentorship and training to business partners.

Salary

Base: $102,000.00 - $177,100.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours
