Job Summary

  • Lead and support a team of six field based Network Technicians, helping them deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused services while protecting water quality and the environment.
  • Work closely with contractors and other workstreams to minimise customer and network impact, and own the customer experience by responding to customer feedback, complaints and escalations.
