Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years security management experience
3 years logistics or warehouse security leadership
Fluency in French and English required
Experience operating in DRC high-risk environments
Knowledge of DRC local regulations and cultural dynamics
Nice-to-have
Professional certification CPP or PSP
Knowledge of Swahili or local languages
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Proactive approach to identifying security risks
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field
Minimum 5-7 years experience in security management
At least 3 years in coordination or leadership within logistics/transport
Demonstrated experience in high-risk environments preferably DRC
