The PGY1 residency program is designed to build upon Doctor of Pharmacy education through diverse learning experiences including patient care and research.
Residents are responsible for optimizing patient care by promoting rational, safe, and cost-effective drug therapy while participating in clinical rounds.
Upon completion, residents will be well-prepared for clinical pharmacy practice and eligible for advanced PGY2 opportunities if matched via the National Matching Service.

Must-have
Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
Massachusetts pharmacist licensure eligibility
Patient care and medication therapy optimization
Clinical research project completion
Precepting pharmacy students and interns

Key Requirements
