Job Summary
The Inpatient Psychiatric Unit Therapist works within a multidisciplinary team to provide services to patients in an acute adult inpatient behavioral health setting.
The Therapist provides comprehensive clinical social work services, such as therapy (individual, group, and family), discharge planning, case management, care coordination, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention.
This position seeks to address the psychosocial needs of the patients and their families in order for a safe return to the community upon discharge from the inpatient unit.
