Job Summary

  • The Inpatient Psychiatric Unit Therapist works within a multidisciplinary team to provide services to patients in an acute adult inpatient behavioral health setting.
  • The Therapist provides comprehensive clinical social work services, such as therapy (individual, group, and family), discharge planning, case management, care coordination, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention.
  • This position seeks to address the psychosocial needs of the patients and their families in order for a safe return to the community upon discharge from the inpatient unit.
