SAP FI/CO expertise
End-to-end business process management
Asset and lease accounting
IFRS Accounting knowledge
Global cross-divisional process design
Stakeholder management and communication
Large-scale SAP S4 deployment
Nice-to-have
Agile and customer-centric mindset
Methodological foundation in BPM and Six Sigma
Experience with ICFR and procurement
Leadership and change management skills
Collaboration in multicultural matrixed organizations

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or related field
5–7 years experience in business process management or finance
