Salary
Base: $82,944.00 - $103,680.00 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission; Benefits: Medical plan rates available at MyVFbenefits.com

Must-have
4+ years footwear product development experience
End-to-end footwear development process knowledge
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems
Cross-functional project timeline management
Technical package creation and maintenance
Nice-to-have
Experience with special projects or collaborations
Strong collaborative communication style
Willingness to support domestic and overseas travel
Knowledge of footwear materials and manufacturing processes
Key Requirements
4+ years of footwear product development experience
